 Prime Choice Auto Parts offers Free Shipping* on ALL purchases in Continental USA. Prime Choice Auto Parts is an Auto Parts Wholesaler that provides discount auto parts direct to the consumer. Our 100,000+ sq ft auto parts warehouse is conveniently located to provide cost effective and competitive shipping rates to our customers.

Change of Address Fee

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before paying. Any change of address results in a $17.00 fee as charged to us by the shipping carriers.

If your package is returned to us due to an error in your address and you wish it to be sent back out then a fee equal to the total shipping cost will need to be charged. If you wish to cancel the order then a return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Prime Choice Auto Parts is committed to getting the customer the parts they need quickly and efficiently.  Our distribution centers located in New York, California, Kentucky, Ohio, and Texas ensures deliveries are processed rapidly.

 *We currently make deliveries within the Continental USA or PR, HI, AK through United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (U.S. Post).  Additional charges apply to any deliveries outside of the Continental USA.

UPS Standard (Scheduled Day) - (Included Free)

The reliable choice for your routine shipments. Delivery is between 2 and 5 business days and is guaranteed on the scheduled day.  The suggested delivery arrival dates on the site are an estimate of the deliver arrival time and not a guarantee.

All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our auto parts warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, it does occur occasionally.

If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return it to us. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to us. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.

Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.

International Shipping Powered by Bongo

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
